Gordas Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:

  • 4 Gordas Flour Tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, bacon, or chorizo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup cooked potatoes (diced hash browns or roasted)
  • ½ cup sautéed bell peppers and onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: salsa, avocado, hot sauce, or sour cream
