Instructions:
- 1Scramble the Eggs
- 2In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a non-stick skillet over medium heat and stir until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.

- 4Heat each Gordas tortilla on a skillet or comal for 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
- 5Assemble the Burritos
- 6Layer eggs, meat, potatoes, veggies, and cheese evenly across each tortilla. Add any extras like salsa or avocado.
- 7Roll & Toast
- 8Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito. For a crispy finish, place seam side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
